How Faith, Neuroplasticity, and God's calling Led Me to Create My Coaching Programs

For years, I watched people struggle in their minds, in their homes, in their purpose, and in their identity. I saw parents barely surviving, children hurting because their parents were hurting, and entire families living in cycles of confusion, fear, and brokenness. I wasn’t just observing it… I was living it too.

I knew there had to be more to life than surviving. I knew God didn’t create us to live stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who He designed us to be.

That realization became the foundation of Faith, Purpose & Freedom, a movement and coaching mission built to help people renew their minds, discover their purpose, and align their lives with God.

The Book That Changed Everything: “Switch On Your Brain”

My journey into healing and purpose truly began when I read Switch On Your Brain by Dr. Caroline Leaf. I was completely broken at the time mentally, emotionally, spiritually. That book introduced me to neuroplasticity, the science of how the brain can change, heal, and rewire itself.

For the first time, I understood:

  • My thoughts were shaping my life

  • My brain wasn’t stuck — it could be renewed

  • God designed our minds with the ability to transform

  • Healing wasn’t just spiritual… it was neurological

That book didn’t just inspire me, it activated me. It led me to pursue my NLP certification, where I learned how to help people shift subconscious patterns, break cycles, and rewire their thinking.

At the same time, God was pulling me deeper into ministry. I enrolled in ministry classes through CLI, became a minister, and fully surrendered to the calling God placed on my life: to help people heal, find purpose, and walk in freedom.

Everywhere I looked, I saw people trying to “fix” their lives with temporary solutions:

  • More hustle

  • More self-help

  • More distractions

  • More survival mode

But none of that brings real change. People need:

  • Clarity

  • Direction

  • Identity alignment

  • Mindset renewal

  • Spiritual grounding

  • A plan they can actually follow

That’s why I created my two signature coaching experiences each designed to meet people exactly where they are.

We can’t thrive if we’re barely surviving.
